True to size they light up. Awesome for anyone that loved cars especially a young kid. They held up so well he had them since Decmber and they still look like new and light up never mind the other comments about the lights because I was worried about that too. You can’t ever find these in the stores so getting them in Amazon was a plus!

These are super cute!! My daughter (16 years old) has had her eyes on these for months, but we couldn’t get them for Christmas as planned… so I got them for her at the end of February instead! She absolutely loves them, and she gets compliments whenever she wears them!
They really do look great – But, I am kinda disappointed… because only one of the shoes light up 🙁 She says she doesn’t mind and she is really happy to finally have them… but for the money I paid, I really would have like them to both shoes work 🙁

I guess these are a high school fad. I paid way too much and made my grandson happy on Christmas. These shoes light up when you stomp or jump. You’d think they would be for a little kid, but it’s a fad and he loved them. Some smart seller on Amazon made a killing, but I made the choice to purchase them.
